As a UK customer, we will endeavour to get your Cat Turner piece to you within 2 weeks from order. 

Your Cat Turner piece starts its journey with our highly skilled garment creators once you place the order, so that we prevent the over production and landfill issues associated with the fashion industry.

In some instances you will receive the order within the week, but we do allow for 2 weeks as a safety measure.


It is really important for us for you to feel and look great in your Cat Turner piece.

We pride ourselves on creating high quality, flattering pieces, carefully Made In London and built to last.

If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% happy with your Cat Turner purchase, we do offer a free 14 day return policy for our UK customers.

The pieces must be returned unused, unwashed, with their original tags attached, in their original packaging and with the right documentation - as outlined below.


  • Ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant, fragrance or product that might leave a mark or scent on trying on the clothes. 

  • Return the unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Fully complete and enclose the Returns Form and affix the prepaid Royal Mail returns label (found inside your order with the returns form) to the front of the parcel . If you cannot find this, contact us at
  • Obtain proof of postage with a reference / tracking number from the Post Office. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us in the right condition and we regret that we cannot issue a refund on goods that do not arrive.

  • Once we have received the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days, and let you know by email.

  • We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).
