DELIVERY TO THE UK

UK Mainland: £4.95 

UK Non-Mainland: £10 

Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery (excludes weekends).

We use a variety of postal and courier services including Royal Mail and myHermes. 

An email will be sent to you once your item is shipped and you will be given a tracking code.

Deliveries will be made Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Deliveries cannot be to PO boxes, Amazon lockers or Packstations.

Some of our postal and courier services might be experiencing slight delays due to Covid. 

DELIVERY TO EUROPE, USA, AUSTRALIA AND REST OF WORLD

Standard delivery charges for orders under 1kg (2-3 dresses)

Europe: £10

USA, Australia & Rest Of World: £20

Please allow 7-12 working days for international delivery (excludes weekends).

European, USA, Australia and Rest of World orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility to pay. 

Occasionally due to situations beyond our control, with third-party courier services, some orders may take longer. 

Deliveries will be made with the help of our partners including Royal Mail, DHL, Hermes and Fedex.

UK RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy for our mainland UK customers (which excludes Northern lreland, Channel islands and Isle of Man).

Any return postal charges must be borne by the customer.

The pieces must be returned unused, unwashed, with their original tags attached, in their original packaging and with the right documentation - as outlined below.

Please:

  • Ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant, fragrance or product that might leave a mark or scent on trying on the clothes. 

  • Return the unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Complete and enclose the Returns Form in the carton and return to Cat Turner London, 67 Greenhill, Staplehurst, Tonbridge TN12 0SU

  • Once we have received the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days, and let you know by email (NB. As mentioned in a point above, due to the huge discounts given on sample sales, this excludes samples sales and customers who choose to return the items will only be refunded the cost of the dress, not any of the postage fees). 

  • We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy for our international customers.

Any return postal charges must be borne by the customer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us in perfect condition and with all labels and tags in place, in order to get a refund. Any charges to do this are your responsibility.

The pieces must be returned unused, unwashed, with their original tags attached, in their original packaging and with the right documentation - as outlined below.

Please:

  • Ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant, fragrance or product that might leave a mark or scent on trying on the clothes. 

  • Return the unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Complete and enclose the Returns Form that has been emailed to you or inserted within the parcel. If you cannot find this, contact us at info@catturnerlondon.com.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us in the right condition and we regret that we cannot issue a refund on goods that do not arrive. We recommend that you use a secure means of delivery with a reputable carrier that has insurance and that you keep their proof of postage and tracking receipt until you have received the credit for the returned item. 

  • We are afraid that any taxes or duties associated with your return will be at your cost.

  • Once we have received the goods back, we will refund the cost of the dress to you within 14 calendar days, and let you know by email. Our apologies but, as a small business, we are unable to refund you the cost of postage (unless the dress was faulty or the wrong item was sent to you).

  • We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double check your bank account again.
We then suggest you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
